Sensitive landscape design of a woodland holiday park within a natural setting
On the edge of a former WWII airfield, and surrounded by the ancient Rockingham Forest, this site has been developed into a luxury holiday park with landscape design and ecological support form Nicholsons.
The design brings people closer to nature with wildflower planting woven throughout the site and a tree planting strategy that embeds the lodges within the woodland setting.
The first Phase has been completed and is becoming established while the second phase is now entering development and will see further ecological enhancements, which are at the heart of the scheme.
