BESPOKE & TAILORED NATURAL CAPITAL APPRAISALS
We offer a bespoke service for natural capital appraisal, tailored to each landowner’s own strategic objectives and priorities. With our in-house GIS team, ecologists and surveyors, we can assess and map your natural capital baseline, but where our service differs from some others is that we will spend time with you at your property to understand your priorities and to ground truth the data that we have collected.
Our Principal Consultant, John Lockhart works closely with independent natural capital consultant Kate Russell of Tellus Natural Capital Ltd to identify where there could be internal opportunities for your natural capital to support other sectors of your business and external opportunities to develop income streams from emerging natural capital markets.
