Lead by Jess Bradley, Nicholsons offers a bespoke service for natural capital appraisal, tailored to each landowner’s own strategic objectives and priorities. With our in-house GIS team, ecologists and surveyors, we can assess and map your natural capital baseline but where our service differs from some others is that we will spend time with you at your property to understand your priorities and to ground truth the data that we have collected. We also offer a pragmatic approach by describing each opportunity in the context of today’s natural capital marketplace.
