What to expect when you apply for a career at Nicholsons
Should you be successful, you will be invited to the next stage of the recruitment process.
We are committed to making the recruitment process as inclusive and accessible as possible so if you require any adjustments, please let us know by contacting Naomi, Head of People.
Firstly, if your application meets the initial criteria, you will be invited for a ‘get to know you’ call to discuss your experience further.
If the initial phone call is successful, you will be invited to an in‑person interview to discuss the role in more detail and explore how your knowledge, skills and experience align with its requirements.
To help you gain a deeper understanding of the company, the department and the role, you will be invited to attend a trial morning/shift where you can experience the responsibilities firsthand.
You may then be asked to complete a task designed to assess the skills relevant to the role.
Once references have successfully be obtained, we will send you a formal employment offer and look forward to welcoming you to the Green Team.
